I understand that The Dog Cafe is a 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization and refunds will not be issued. I may reschedule my appointment up to one (1) time free of charge, but will not be able to request a refund. I understand that rescheduling must happen a minimum of 4 hours before my appointment or a $5 / per person last minute reschedule fee will be required. Rescheduling can be done over the phone during business hours & through e-mail outside of business hours.
I understand that all fees are non-refundable. I understand there is a $15/per person/per hour fee.
I understand that my reservation will end at the top of the hour and that my reservation does not extend if I am late.
I understand this entitles me only to the number of reservations I have made and no more. (Ex. 1 = 1 person, 2 = 2 people, 3 = 3 people)
I understand that each minor (5-17 years old) must have his or her own parent or legally court-appointed guardian present, and there must be one adult in my party per each minor; I understand that children younger than 5 are prohibited from entering. Failure to follow this policy does not entitle me to a refund or to reschedule my reservation.
I understand that everyone in my party 18 or older(including me) must present a valid form of legal identification featuring their photo and birthdate and I accept responsibility to notify my guests of this policy.
